Gabi took her first few parent-witnessed steps yesterday! Nothing too crazy…just two steps forward into mommy and daddy’s arms, but it’s a start and it definitely put a big smile on our faces. In a couple of weeks, she’ll be 1 and hopefully by then we can say she is officially “walking.”
Two days shy of seven months old and four days before my first Father’s Day, she said “Dada”…and my heart skipped a beat.

When baby G poops, there is no mistaking what she is doing. From the deep grunts to the bright red, sour face, we know we’re in for it every time it happens. She may not act ladylike during these “movements,” but we still love her nonetheless and can’t help but chuckle each time around.
